Transfer Objects (Options Tab)

Use this tab to control the transfer of objects from one database to another.

Copy data
Specify if you want to copy table data to the destination database, and if so, whether you wish to overwrite or add to existing data.

Copy database users to destination database
Specify if database users should be created on the destination database.

Include objects' dependancies in transfer
Specify if objects' dependancies should be automatically included in the transfer.

Drop objects in destination database before transfer
Specify if any existing user objects in the destination database be removed before the transfer.

Retain collation settings
Specify if you wish to duplicate the collation settings in the destination database.

Destination Server
Select and login to the destination SQL Server.

Destination Database
Enter or select a destination database name.

Create New
Specify if the database needs to be created on the destination server.
