Rebuild Indexes

Use this form to rebiuld indexes for your tables.

Access this form by selecting a database node in the navigation pane and clicking the rebuild indexes icon on the toolbar.

Select tables
Select the tables you want to check.

Fill Factor
Specify the fill factor for the new indexes. Leave this option at zero to use the original fill factor for each index.

Schedule
Create a scheduled job to rebuild indexes on the selected tables.

This option is not available for SQL Express servers as SQL Express does not include the Job Server agent.

Show SQL
Displays the SQL script required to rebuild indexes on the select tables.

Rebuild Now
Begin rebuilding the indexes.

Results
Displays the results of the rebuild job.
