Access this form by selecting the Operators node (within Job Server) on the
navigation pane and clicking the design icon

Name
View or specify the name of the operator. The name is limited to 128 characters.
Enabled
Enable or disable the operator.
Category
View or specify the category of operator. Use the browse (...) button to setup operator categories.
