Name
Specify the name of the database role.
Standard role
Specify that the database role is standard if you are creating a new database role. Add and review members of an existing database role.
Add
Add users to the database role.
Delete
Remove users from the database role.
Application role
Specify that the database is an application role, which requires a password.
Password
Specify the application role password.
Permissions
Display the Database Role Permissions dialog box, where you can view and alter the object permissions for the role.
