Access this form by selecting a server node in the
navigation pane and clicking
the attach database icon on the
toolbar.
Database name
Specify the name for the database you are attaching. The database name cannot
match any existing database names.
Database files
Specify the location of the database files on the server. Use the add, edit
and delete buttons to enter the filenames.
