Access this dialog by clicking Add or Edit on the Servers tab
in the SQL Express Configuration program.
Server
The name of the SQL Express service. Read-only when editing a server.
When adding a server, select the service name from the drop-down list.
Enabled
Clear this box if you want to stop the Express Agent monitoring and
running jobs on this server.
Authentication
Specify how you want the Express Agent service to login to the SQL
Express server. The default is for the Agent to login using Windows NT
authentication (recommended).
 Use the
Test Connection button to check that the
service can login to the SQL Express server.
Options
Tick the box if you want to maintain the Job history records on the SQL
Express server. If this box is left unchecked then no history records are
created and, for example, the Job Builder program will not know when the job
was last executed or if it succeeded.
